Terms of Sales
Please read the following carefully. By clicking on the "I agree" box of this sales agreement covers your acceptance of the conditions and terms listed below.

Section I
Tracking is not guaranteed on any tape since all video tape recording systems are slightly different. Our transfer decks do automatic tracking at the beginning of each tape and attempt to make corrections thourhgout the transfer.

Section II
Dust, tape warp, edge ruffling, de-magnetization. These defects vary greatly from job to job depending on the recording techniques normally used at time of creation and how the video was stored over time.

Section III
We are not responsible for any damage of any videotapes when they enter our facility.

Section IV
If the videotape breaks in transfer or if the tape exceeds the estimated DVD length, we will notify you of any changes and additional costs that arise from the situation.

Section V
There will be no refunds or discounts for any of the above defects or occurrences. It is not always possible to anticipate how video footage will behave during the transfer process. If we decide that the job is not economically or physically feasible we will alert the client before proceeding.

Section VI
If the client is not satisfied with the completed job no refunds will be given. It must be understood that we will make every effort to do a professional job on a non-professional format.

Section VII
Videotapes are a fragile medium. We use a professional grade videotape machines to play your tapes, however, there is no guarantee on the life of your videotape given that we have no control over the condition of your playback machine. We recommend that you buy a "backup" copy.

Section VIII
Copyright laws do apply. Reel Transfers assumes that the customer has gained a legal copy of any video tape sent to Reel transfers. Unless you own a commercial copyright, commercial use or duplication is illegal.
